Deposit & Cancellation

How consultations, deposits, and cancellations work at Activate Beauty. All amounts in U.S. dollars.

Consultations at Activate Beauty are always free and carry no obligation.

To hold treatment appointments and protect clinic time, we ask for a deposit on treatments and require notice to cancel or reschedule. Deposits are applied to the cost of your treatment.

1Free Consultation

Your consultation — including the medical/Good-Faith consultation with our team — is free and does not require a deposit.

2Treatment Deposits

  • $50 deposit for a new patient’s first treatment appointment.
  • $250 deposit for appointments scheduled to run more than two hours.

Deposits are credited toward your treatment total on the day of service.

3Cancellation & No-Show

  • Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule; with that notice your deposit is fully transferable.
  • A $100 fee applies to no-shows or cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice.
