How Activate Beauty collects, uses, and protects your information at our clinic at West Palm Beach.
Activate Beauty (“we”, “us”, “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains how we handle information collected through this website and our clinic.
It covers general personal information governed by U.S. federal and Florida law, including the Florida Information Protection Act of 2014 (FIPA). Your protected health information (PHI) — anything tied to your care — is governed separately by the federal Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA); see our HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with vendors who process it on our behalf under contract:
We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect our rights.
Our consent banner defaults analytics and advertising cookies to denied until you accept. Booking, service, and patient-portal pages carry no analytics or session-recording tags. Full detail is in our Cookie Policy.
If you give us your mobile number, we may send you text messages in two categories. Care messages cover an appointment you have already booked: confirmations, reminders, rescheduling notices, pre-treatment preparation, post-treatment aftercare, and clinic notices. Marketing messages cover promotions, offers, and news, and we send them only to people who have given prior express written consent. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or of receiving services.
For text messaging we collect your name, your mobile number, and a record of the consent you gave: what you agreed to, how, and when. We use that information only to send the messages you asked for.
Personal information and mobile information of our users is not sold, shared, rented, released, or traded to third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.
You can stop the messages at any time by replying STOP, at no cost and with no effect on your care, or by emailing activatebeauty.fl@gmail.com. Reply HELP for help. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. The full terms are on our SMS Terms & Consent page.
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, then delete or de-identify it. We use administrative, physical, and technical safeguards — TLS encryption in transit, access controls, and staff confidentiality training.
Depending on your state, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you may opt out of marketing. To unsubscribe from email, use the link in any message; for SMS, reply STOP. To exercise a privacy right, contact:
This website and our marketing are directed to adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18 without verified parental consent.
